This Site is owned and operated by Ariel Publicity, Artist Relations and Booking, LLC (“Ariel Publicity” or the “Company”). Ariel Publicity consists of its affiliated company Cyber PR, LLC, and various other affiliated subsidiaries and websites; including but not limited to arielpublicity.com and cyberpr.com, (all such sites collectively referred to herein as the “Site”). Your privacy is important to us and we will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you or your account, except as provided herein. This Privacy Policy explains what type of information we collect from our visitors on this Site and in the course of our relationship, what we do with that information, and how users can update and control the use of information provided on the Site. This Privacy Policy does not describe information collection practices on other sites, including those linked to or from the Site. 2. What Types of Information We Collect
You are able to browse most portions of our Site without becoming a registered user. However, to purchase or use services on the Site we will ask that you register, if you have not already done so and provide us with information about you and/or your company, such as name, address, affiliation (i.e.: Artist/band name, company, Internet radio station, etc.), email address, contact information, and other types of information that may be necessary for us to provide or make available the services and information you have requested. Users can register as Members or New Media Makers. Members are those persons or entities that purchase the Company’s marketing and PR services. Members may include, but are not necessarily limited to, artists, performers, authors, film makers, public relation persons/entities, or social media persons/agencies. New Media Makers are those users that register to access and use the materials posted by Members for the purpose of further promoting such Member. New Media Makers may include, but are not necessarily limited to, Internet Radio stations and Podcasters that play a Member’s MP3, Web-Based Music Magazines that publish a Member’s biographical material, Music Journalists that review a Member’s material, Online Music Directories that reference and/or include a Member’s contact information, Book Reviewers that review a Member’s material and/or publish excerpts of a Member’s published works, and audio/audiovisual bloggers that use a Member’s posted material.

If you order products or use other services available through the Site, we may ask that you provide further information, including but not limited to, contact information, credit card or other financial or personal information. We may collect such information when you provide comments to the Site or participate in surveys.
If you register as a Member or a New Media Maker, our staff will review and process your registration information and will use the information, as may be updated by you from time to time, on a continuous basis while you remain a registered user in order to provide or permit you to use the service(s) you have signed up to use. We may keep your information on file at the termination of any such service and/or upon your withdrawal as a registered member of the Site.

If you provide us with personal data about other individuals, you are required to ensure that they are aware of and agree to our Privacy Policy.

If you participate in any group forums, interface with other registered users of the Site, or use other interactive tools such as message boards or chat rooms as may be available on the Site from time to time, you should be careful not to disclose your personal information or the personal information of any other individual. In general, such forums, may be viewed by others who visit the Site; except that interfaces between registered users on non-public portions of the Site may generally only be viewed by other registered users of the Site.

The server on which the Site is located collects and saves the default information customarily logged by web server software. Additionally, we may disclose information about you to others in order to: (1) confirm and ship your orders, and collect sums due us (such as to shippers and credit card processors); (2) follow up to make sure such orders are fulfilled; (3) if, in the course of placing an order and/or entering a contest, you opt to receive occasional emails from us notifying you of special offers, we will use such information to notify you of such offers; (4) if, in the course of placing an order and/or entering a contest, you opt to receive occasional emails from third parties to whom we provide your information, we will disclose such information to such third parties; (5) protect the rights and safety of us, our shareholders, members, officers, employees and customers, and if we have a good faith belief that we are required to do so by law or legal process or to respond to claims (such as to legal representatives and law enforcement); (6) at our option, notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy or our other terms and conditions of this Site (you are bound by the terms of any changes we post to the Site whether or not we notify you by email) and (7) as otherwise required by law.
